I haven't posted in quiet a while, hopefully I'll get on top of this blog thing one day :) I will certainly be posting more in the coming weeks-mainly as some serious thinking and decision making is happening on my part and keeping everyone up to date is important.

Thanks Vanessa. Yes the next phase will be upon us shortly with a bigger farm in the pipeline. One thing we found in research on the sheep dairy industry is that due to dairies being few and far between, we have not yet reached critical mass, resulting in a fragmented, unco-operative industry. As cheese producers go out on a limb to supply new and interesting products to a cautious market, our products are rightfully becoming more popular. We hope to see establishment of an industry body, at least on-line before long. Long live the humble sheep!
