Cheese and yoghurt by mid-June!

Hi everyone,

We're finally finished with the council, our last inspection has been done and we're all approved. The NSW food authority will be out in the next 2 weeks and we will be officially able to make cheese! So get ready, a list of markets will be posted soon, and also listed on our new website. You can visit the new website @ www.thistledowncreamery.com and I will also put a link up on the blog for easy access.

Now if only the ewes will cooperate.......

Nearly there.....

We're nearly finished-I'll post pics of the finished cheese room shortly-we have applied for our license and we should be selling some cheese from mid-June! Watch this space!
