Getting there

Thistledown creamery is getting closer to being a reality, the equipment is slowly coming together and we've been inspected by council and sydney catchment authority. We're hoping to be registered by June and then we'll start making some cheese to sell!!

We hope that Thistledown creamery will be the start of something very special-a small family based creamery, with high standards of animal welfare, environmental friendliness and cheese making. We are only just getting started, building our cheesery and perfecting our recipes, with a sheep's milk focus, we hope you enjoy following the everyday ups and downs as we build Thistledown creamery.
